Let it be known! This is officially the quickest I have been able to recover after a 12+hr race. Race ended Saturday @ 8pm. Relaxed on Sunday. Rode 11miles (round trip) to work on Monday....Railed a 60mile'r with Jeff TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woohoo! Ire Ting feel good!
