A nice loop today. Headed against the wind West - Southwest - South. Then looped round East then North for the push home. I tried to stay hard with the help of some tunes. If I feel the legs tomorrow, then I went hard enough. We'll see.Tonight is a get-ready-for-a-little-sprinkle-ride...
