Great news! Finally the respect SS's desire and deserve.
I did a 4 person team a few years ago. It was tough. I was shelled after 4 laps. Lots of rocks, sand and climbs/descents. It was beautiful.
The only reason I can muster is the 'tarded entry fee...still might show up though, just to see what happens...haven't been here in a while, didn't know folks still blogged...
I know! I can't believe they are actually uping the price tag three times greater than last year. A race like 9 mile is sure to be three times less fun with a non-local running the show.
Money is the issue. Timing isn't the greatest for me, but I will truly try my best to be there.
