Do Rag

: a kerchief worn especially to cover the hair

A do-rag, also spelled doo-rag, du-rag, durag is a piece of cloth used to cover the head.

The term do-rag is derived from "hair-do" and "rag."

The Watkins juniors took turns on Sunday. 90min each-

These kids have some big goals for 2008

I threw down a 50min interval session - cadence has been the latest focus this spring err winter. Trixie put in 60min while I took Buckwheat to the track for a 30min run. times2 today with a nap in between - nice.

your doing good guys, but be careful not too peak too early, you'll burn out down the stretch. I'm sure the RevMaster is doing the trick, but with as much as you guys are using the bike you might want to upgrade, http://www.saris.com/p-315-pro-300pt.aspx
you can do wattage intervals which are a better measure, better than cadence and heart rate alone.
