- Get my rear handed to me at 24 Hour World Solo SS Championships, 8th

EXPO, Ergon, Lazer, Clif, Trek, Light & Motion, Oakley, hopefully one or two more, You all made it happen. Not kidding.

Washington Park Halloween CX Parte'

What a day. What a day. Although it may seem hard to believe, next year is going to be BIGGER and BETTER. The School Girl (great pics over there as well) decided to raid his closet and hook us up. We went well over 10 deep for Best Costume. Sun Ringle hub, Mavic rear hub, Mad Croc drink, Vintage white n green MTB tire sets, Bontrager tire, Origon 8 mustache bar, lube, Heed, Hayes hub, vintage BMX handlebar, USPS key chain, Nascar T-shirt, 1998 SID cartridge...we had it all! Expedition Supply gave the bars, tires, beer cuzi's, and sign! If it wasn't for Team Pegasus I would have ran out of PBR. The Cider was a hit. We need more candy. No one complained bout my tunes selection. The pics certainly do the day justice...

We now know who Ronsta might be riding for next year...?

Parte' T-5

PBR(beer), Tunes(music) n Costumes(its halloween). No party flyer. Just a party. Portland has done right. We must do better. There is absolutely no reason for you to not show up in parte' attire. Show up, have fun and ride yer bike. Come on by the tunes for a beer. A Costume will get ya 2(a water bottle too).

Real Wisconsin Cheese

Plan was to go to Sunday Cross. Aris forgot ALL his stuff. So we slept in after a late night of dancing, awoke, grabbed breakfast and prepped for a Sunday Urban "epic". Aris wore his flats.

Theo got his Zoolander on.

And we headed east towards the lake. On the way we stopped at every park we could and completed a mini cross race. Once at the lake we grabbed the Oak Leaf trail and went south. We found single track, mud, wood chips, flat stone paths, switch back paved climbs and the most amazing run-ups.

Single track descent to the water, turn, and run all the way to the top. Awesome.

We even tried making new trail.

Refuel and head home. 4hour day. It was so fun.

Aris promises everyone to forget his stuff again.

bike - pow wow - wedding

Drive to Whitewater(1hr7min), race(30min), drive home(1hr7min) or ride CX style for 2hours14minutes???

I gots a busy day today. Bike, Pow Wow @ UWM, and a BIG family wedding. The plan was to race to Whitewater and squeeze the race...scratch the race to race theme and just ride! Its been like 3weeks since I got in anything close to 3hrs on the bike in one sitting.
