Crazy Casey @ Blue Mound
age: 15
Wheel Size: 29er
Myles and Casey - Props on tackling Blue Mounds. That course is known by all to be as tough as you just realized.
Today is UWM day with brother Alex. Set up a Gmail for him to forward his UWM emails to. Get to know the computer system UWM forces, and start to look up required texts. Best part of all, he is letting me ride his Trek Multitrack 720 for the day!

bike-run-eat-repeat @ Blue Mound
Myles Beach has entered the blog-o-sphere. He currently resides in the customization/photo phase, so bare with him. Take a looksie at his race report from his fist 6hr Solo attempt in the 12 Hours of Blue Mound this past Saturday. Click the pic to venture to his neck of the woods.

Kettle Ride Report
Please notice the "Skidmark" sighting on the left sidebar. Click-it and you will see a little write-up tossed in with a couple pics of our ride at John Muir/Connector/Emma yesterday (Not to mention much press coverage of "The Boy" ^above^ - Nate.). Good times. Two flats in my group had us thinking safety > Bail on the connector and get closer to the pit. Which worked out for the better. I managed to finish the ride and have a clean hamstring day. If every day can give me good news, then I'm sure to get back in the mix soon.

Clif Quench
EXPO Rider Jeff Frings aka BikeSafer, decided to leave me with two whitey tighty boxes after his stellar finish at the WORS Alterra Coffee Bean Classic. I have to admit that they sat uncovered in our kitchen until just a few days ago... Wierd eh? Once I opened the beauties my eyes lit up. Clif Gatorade?!?!?! YES! These beauties of "Non-Adhesive Labels" are 100% recyclable. After drinking of course. I am quite excited to possibly kick Gatorade off of its throne and out of my water bottles.
Taste test is sure to come once I gather up all of its competitors (including Kwik-Ade). YouTube in the nearest of futuristic days...
